Inspired by extensive travel, an enthusiasm for the simple things in life and a love for freedom, we founded the company 3DOG camping. Long trips through unspoiled and wild landscapes such the volcanic fields of Iceland, the Australian Outback or equatorial wilderness taught us very quickly what is important and necessary on a good camping vacation, also for Europe. The tent concept and not least the way of life of 3DOG camping originated on journeys through faraway lands and wonderful landscapes at home.
3DOG camping products are characterised by quality, functional design and an eye for what is really important while travelling. In order to ensure these values in every product we do our own manufacturing. The tent trailers and rooftop tents are produced at our facility in Hamburg from the initial idea through to the first stitch and the last screw. The folding caravans are designed to be fun and to be reliable companions for wonderful holidays. Outside in the elements they are exposed to burning sun, heavy rain and strong winds. Each component is thought through to the smallest detail to ensure they remain undamaged.
Our experienced and outdoor tested team also looks at the parts that seem less significant. The tent trailers and rooftop tents are assembled by hand with precision, feeling, an eye for detail and the unconditional search for the perfect solution. Our products stand for high quality and practical handling. You won’t find any unnecessary load or half-hearted work in our products. Our own experience, unconventional thinking and not least the feedback from our customers always inspire production and contribute to the further development of our products.
We use only first class materials that conform to the high quality standards of 3DOG camping. Components that we do not produce ourselves are manufactured by specialised German brand name manufacturers following our structural specifications. Only the unique canvas is produced by a renowned company in Australia.
